Your Responsibilities
- Produce Precision Components: Manufacture high-quality parts efficiently and accurately to meet production requirements.
- Programming Expertise: Create programs and production methods for new parts.
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC turning machines with FANUC controls.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Perform first-off inspections using gauges and measuring instruments to ensure components meet exact specifications.
- Team Contribution: Support production planning, material ordering, and day-to-day workshop operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and actively contribute to ISO9001 processes.
What Were Looking For
- Strong experience with CNC turning machines and programming.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with both imperial and metric dimensions.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering and machining principles.
- Ability to self-check and inspect your work before passing to the next stage of production.
